Frequently Asked Questions -

Why the big warning label?

When you receive your Fireweed Baby Wrap, you will receive an instruction booklet and you will also notice what some will describe as giant warning labels on the wraps.  The safety warnings are so important to us and to both new and experienced wrapping duo's.  Fireweed Baby is dedicated to meeting industry standard Safety Regulations.  The safety regulations are designed to protect and educate all product users.  We have meticulously worked on this aspect of our product design.  We have consulted with the respected and legendary industry experts to ensure we are setting and meeting the right targets..  We believe in the beauty of the wrap and the design and we believe (we know) that the Warning label's will not take away from the beauty or wrap quality.

So what about Safety?

For all of our dedication to Safety we don't stop short.  We have had our wraps tested at an accredited 3rd party lab.  Our wraps meet all mechanical testing (and it's rigorous) as well as the instructional literature meeting the standard and testing. (That is actually the hard part).   Fireweed Baby is also a proud Baby Carrier Industry Alliance (BCIA) member.  Being part of the BCIA means that I keep current with safety trends and industry expertise through multiple forums and communications, so that we can proactively address any concerns as they affect our beloved babycarrier industry.
